Apparently next years bike, GP9, will leave the trademark Ducati trellis frame to make room for a carbon fibre frame. Obviously, a big part of the new design is to make the fibre frame flexible in the desired direction and stiff in another, by aligning the fibres the right way.

Sounds tricky... At least that is what I read on the interweb...

    SKY Sucks!

A copy of my email to SKY A waste of fucking time - but I think they are arseholes.

    Where do I start?

I am tempted to use the expletives to protest the cavalier and arrogant contempt with which SKY treats motorcycle sport fans that I used when the DELAYED coverage of the Sepang MotoGP that I had recorded - ceased with 10 laps to go…………. But that would not be a good look and would project the very same attitude of SKY public relations. That is the metaphorical ‘fingers” to their minority viewers.

The fact that I was required to record the delayed coverage (Midnight?) of the Malaysian GP, held in a time zone that would have made for a reasonable viewing time slot is reason enough to rant at SKY’s treatment.

But then to tack it on to the end of a cricket match (live -Australia vs India?), with the possibility of running over time is just another indication, along with the many others over the years, that SKY does not care about me or the others who subscribe to SKY to get motorcycle sport.

But SKY does it because they can. Goodwill has nothing to do with it.

    Thanking you for nothing!

Normally it does'nt wind me up too much when the hell it's broadcast but you're point is ofcourse valid.
The fact that the f'ing race got chopped in half is f'ing pathetic to say the very least. That would dare happen to some provincial rugby game let alone an international one! Colour me farkin' digusted! SKY

The motoGP.com site is pretty cool, you can look at the interactive results table, with laptimes, top speed, intermidiates, weather temps etc. while you're watching the race.
