haha its a bit of a joke. theres been no announcement of the penalty (if any) for breaching any of these agreements. its all good and well now to say this but when the championship is starting to narrow down i cant see any of this holding out for long.
the no launch control thing seems a joke too. itll just be called low speed gps controlled traction assistance now.

Reports are coming in from, um, tonight's MotoGP testing session at Qatar that Repsol Honda rider and former 250 world champion Dani Pedrosa has crashed and has been injured.
Early reports have Pedrosa re-fracturing his wrist and damaging his leg in the spill.
