My inner baffle fell out

Was riding around today and my exhaust sounded a bit deeper. Looked at the muffler and the inner baffling (the one attached to the tip) is gone dunno what happened there. How can I fix/ replace this?. Would a rgv250 exhaust have the same parts?.

Bikes an rg150.

Yeah stuff the baffle, Oh hell, just ditch the exhaust after the extracters!

Well I dunno if its called the baffle. Let me explain It attached to the exhaust tip and when you pull it out its attached to a pipe thats has small holes in it.Sorry, I dont know much about the inner workings of a muffler.

It sounds cool and its alot louder.

Has it reduced performance at all? 2 stroke exhausts can be a bit fussy.

I think RGV250 mufflers are a little different from memory, I think one was tried out on a RG150 race bike and it didn't seem to work very well, not sure though.

Ring Warren at Virgin Mufflers, he'll be able to repair it for you...

& yes the exhaust needs to be as it was from factory, unless of course you have the jetting checked to see if the engines running o.k with out the baffle fitted...

It doesn't feel like it. I ride to work every day and it runs the same.

Managed to get one from a wrecker.

After I put the thing it. Noticed my power delivery changed quite a bit. Theres more power at low revs so its alot easier to take off.

The silencer that fell out of the exhaust had the mesh blow torched off. The new one has the mesh.

My enitre muffler feel off my KR150 once on the motorway. It made it insanely loud an changed where the power was in the revs.
