For those of you whose use the fast lane on motorways and only do a 100km/hr, can you pls use the middle lane, some of us like to ride at 105km/hr thank you very much.

so, how does a coro loop sound?

thinking we do it anticlockwise cause i've never done it that way round, and means no blind right handers with caravans half over the centreline along the coastal section, so it's easier/safer (and thus you can go faster)

Hell yeah. I'm keen as for an anticlockwise coro. Never done it that direction either and really want to.

I'd go on a few rides before doing the coro, i wouldnt want to take a first timer round the whole loop

lol i wouldn't even take a second, third or fourth timer round the whole loop if we want to all get back on time and without incident

it takes alot of stamina to keep it up over that distance, plus it's so long that even falling behind by 10kph can mean a big wait for the lead guys when they stop

Just wondering Andrew, are you meaning the whole loop or not? Cause on the map the route isn't the full loop, missing out Whangamata and down to Paeroa etc.

evidently not the whole loop then

that road from kopu to the east coast is too good to miss

(plus we're going to take a pretty long time anyway)
