Rumour has it a certain cb550f was out and about today. First time I've been out in months. Shes been sitting for over 8 months without a run, maybe more- air in the tyres, freshly charged battery, drain the carbs, fuel tap on, a few kicks on the kick start lever(remember those), then search the brain cells for the "correct" starting proceedure from cold(took a while)-3/4 choke-4 kicks-hit the starter-brooom!!!!!!!!!! Hmm one more thing...now what was it-oh yes peice of string from key to handle bars in case the key pops out.
Quiet 190km toddle for the most part apart from the occassional 160kph run on a secluded private road. Katman would be proud. Had forgotten how smooth Ronda is. Tyres need replacing cause they're a bit worn/hard/old. Anyway lifes good. I'm still alive in case anyone was wondering
