Nunquam Non Paratus
Awesome stuff Mo, I knew you were thinking about it.
Not good news about Sam....Hope you dont have to play nurse maid for too long.
If you can't be good, be good at it
Live is too short, live it to the fullest
Nice bike well done.
Hopefully kids heal quickly, and lucky(if leg breaking is so)to be in hospital here not 70km away, doesn't sound far but visiting daily is costly and time consuming.Similar to us in Taranaki, travel to NP-Hawera similar distance, leave home 5pm get home 9pm,and visit 2 hours.
Where would all us be without their mums eh.
Hello officer put it on my tab

Hey all
Yes I have succumbed to a dose of Retail Therapy and traded `The Beastie` on........a `Thrust Blue` Uly'. Hmmm whats in a name huh (Thanks Chanceyy) It is extremely quiet though and runs very differently than the other one.
Main diffs: Sound-no where near as cool!, Windscreen has a `lip`-much better and less wind noise, supposedly 30kgs lighter-I think it is lighter but could be my over active imagination
, factory settings on suspension-way way way better and feels a lot safer too
:, Running around town it is much happier in 1st and 2nd gears, as before there was always the chance of a stall (lots of clutch feathering)-not sure if they have done something to change the gearing but I like it. I have bought the clear film (that GSVR told me i should buy when i bought the black bike
) to cover the wearing points on the frame.
Got the call that every mother dreads-text in this case, that Sam had a broken leg and off to hospital-unfortunately it was a busy night in A&E but I was very lucky to have 86 to talk to....when he wasn't snoozing!(thanks for being there hon 0x0x) Sam got to hospital at 6.30pm and did not get seen (apart from an x-ray) until 6.30am....they were very busy.
Sam is fine and apparently it was a really cool wheelie.....kidsHe got the `hard luck` award at the Cold Kiwi.
86 and I have some wickedly cool rides this summer to put some k's on the new `Trusty Thrusty`. Have to beat 19086 kms in under a year on the last bike.![]()
Oh dear, another sad little post from the man who thinks sarcasm is wit.
so will she be TT for short??![]()
Nothing like a good dose of retail therapy doll, and sounds like this bike is better suited for you
Gingin told me Sam won the hard luck award, knew something was wrong your face said it all... but as you said he was texting so you knew he was ok so to speak .. good that 86 was there to keep you company and hope Sam heals up well & soon![]()
talk soon

Congrats on the new bike, can't wait to check it out in person.
Commiserations to your son, guess he will be out of action for a while, he will no doubt be going stir crazy in no time. Hope he heals quick.
