Had a good ride to the Naki. The Daytona is running so well I was thnking, this bike doesn't even need a service. But she's getting one. Piper Cross filter and a Tuneboy tweak on the list Got to perve at a certain Daytona with it's 2 Bro's pipe Very nice catch up and yak, then a leisurely cruise back down the line

Auckland for 2 days, Mint. 699.8 miles (not converting) Cold and wet, raining, fog, where's the toilet and goats have right of way at Taumaranui. Then Sunshine. Awesome. Picked up a new denim / leather patched jacket at Hamilton, met up with young Matt (used to work at Mobil Feilding) and his mean bike. then sunset drinks overlooking Auckland. GPS worked magic. A fantastic Monday Morning Stinking hot. Picked up the latest Alpinestar Street Boots then a fantastic Pootle home.

Until Putararu, An impromptu Thunderstorm for 55km to Taupo, trying to find a big tree when you cant see. Logging trucks spray heaps of water and passing lanes a bloody short when you can't see. Thunderstorm continued through the desert road where I encountered a new river running across the road. That was fun and deeper than I thought. Then clear skies From Mangaweka to home. A magic but tiring 2 days

ended up doing about 250km in the end, track -> out to alfredton -> Route 52 -> turned off at Dreyers Rock rd -> left down the Opaki Kaipororo rd through Mauriceville -> Masterton for gas, pie and a drink, then came back up through the same road to Mauriceville and kept going until it came back out on SH2 just south of Eketahoona -> SH2 -> Mangamaire -> track and home through Ashhurst

left at 11, back by half 2, just shows ya how much distance you can cover when you're by yourself

had a moment ripping round a blind left hand sweeper....met a guy on a horse in the middle of the road....looked like he was on the sauce lol....ffs! then got chased by some boy racer north of Mauriceville....now THAT was fun!

fucking good ride though....nice setting your own pace and just blowing out some cobwebs

Exceptionally MINT track day today!!! Good to spend the day getting my ass kicked by so many good dude's and dudesses. The Tiger is no track bike but it sure was fun.

Had the distinction of riding not one but three bikes around Manfield today Huge thanks to Polly for trusting me with the Gixxer 1100, I had an awesome ride and it gave me a great taste of early Gixxer racing. If I can have that much fun on mine I'll be very happy

And another Huge thanks to Monamie for letting me take the Buell for the free for all last session, that bike rocks (and I'll price up footpegs ).

    FMS!
