    No chance!

GPS worked fine, but grips failed on power supply. Had to get the jumper-pack from work to start my bike and then the grips worked fine. I've got a battery coming.......honest

sounds like you went and got yaself a gold wing that could be fun on gravel the panniers would work as out riggers and you would have the benefit of reversing up when the road got too narrow

It gets better.........Battery arrived this morning (854.6g) and I installed it tonight. Bike started, but now the sprag clutch is fucked!

But wait, there's more............A replacement sprag is an upgraded part and requires a new gear, nearly doubling the cost.

    Tell me about it!

In saying that, I've been expecting this for a long time, but held it off till now. That's why I'm fanatical with batteries and I must have one of the few 05's with original sprag. They all seem to die!

At least I get to make a new tool for the job.........tools rock

Hopefully the parts won't take too long.

Depending on the price here, I may get them out of the US yet.

Cheers Al and yep, they are. Your two should be fine, as they're already better. I got the experimental one (fail).
