    I have two questions;
    Are only the gold standard cops qualified to judge driving behaviour.
    And, if you're stopped for being a good boy/girl, will you be immune from tickets for expired WOF's, rego' etc?

    Of course
    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    I'd be more interested if it counted towards their quota. Isn't it an hourly one? I could deal with it if it meant less tickets were being handed out.

    FYI - the (nonexistent ) quota states that 50% of speeding tickets must be for minimal exceedence of the 109km tolerance. Ergo your chances are halved of being pinched for maximal exceedence of same. Just call me Professor of Logic

    1: That little gem of a policy hasn't been implemented yet.
    2: Probably not, depends.

    Just where did you dream that one up?
