    Wanted: KLR250 baffle

The only casualty of my recent day out at the CCA adventure ride was the baffle fell out of the exhaust pipe of the KLR. It was pretty near rotted out anyway so no suprise. So I go down to a local bike shop and had to be picked up off the floor when I learned the price of a new one. Therefore before I head out to the workshop to have a go at making one myself,
1-does anyone have one lying around?
2-Can anyone recommend a wrecker/manufacturer/supplier who could supply one? (at a sensible price)

I had a baffle made up by a muffler shop - just gave them a sketch with dimnensions. Two baffles for $60.
Sorry - that didn't really answer your question.
My VTR1000 had had the end caps cut out, so after failing to get any help from one muffler shop, and getting nowhere with Custom Chambers, I drew a sketch, went to Woolf Mufflers in D'Auckland, and had the baffle thingos (technical term) two days later, for $60 total.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Cheers - I was considering that option too. Just have to find the right shop around here.

Havnt measured yet. If I cant get hold of one easily I am starting to fancy the idea of making one myself. I'll give you a call if I have problems, cheers mate.
