That said I couldn't help but laugh - although the yelling "BITCH" "I LOVE YOU" while he was picking up the stuff from the floor kinda got to me... Would take a lot to put up with that being everyday stuff.

i was pretty suspicious myself too (after i stopped laughing and got back on my chair), this is from his website (he's actually passed away since that footage was shot)
Makes more sense now...This site contains some vulgar and (in our opinion) humorous videos of a man we call The Tourettes Guy.
Although he has been diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome, his actions are influenced by other problems (including alcohol) and are not consistent with most Tourettes syndrome sufferers.
