Tama Iti as I understand it is Tuhoe, who, correct me if I'm wrong, (like you lot would need inviting ) believe they are or wish to be a sovereign nation.

So why is the sovereign nation of New Zealand sending him overseas to represent us?

Just plain wrong if someone "care factor on who it is", let alone Tama iti, has criminal charges, or firearms charges, or any other form of charges, pending or awaiting a trial or decision from the courts is allowed to leave the country....
