Interesting to compare this poll to the news item a couple of weeks ago that indicated 1/4 of all police are dissatisfied with their job because presently, this poll indicates that 1/3 of KBers are dissatisfied with their jobs. (For those of you, who like me, failed school cert maths that means police are happier in their jobs than KBers are.) No conclusions, just an observation.

    I love my job!!

I have a beautiful view from my desk of the Tararuas... at the moment they have a bit of snow on them. A huge deck that I spend my lunch time lounging around on in the sun. As the only female who works here I don't have any bitchness that goes with working with other females, I have some great guys at work that I have a laugh with, and I work in the wairarapa.... no better place!!

My job is good - it's mah heid that's the problem.
If it wasn't for that (and all the shit going on in my life at the moment), it'd be all good.

Ask me next week after I've picked up another job...(see below pic - our new family member for a year).

Work volunteer with children and soon to be an animal. And enjoy it.

Wow, you work in a freaky-weird industry dude!! Though children may be a bit more bearable if you could just turn them into cute animals!

    Dunno about love or hate.
Guess its a habit now, somewhere to go to each day.
Do what I like when I like, spose its ok.

    I'm a teacher and I'm okay,
    idiot students and colleagues too,
It makes me feel high and low,
but you gotta take the joke y'know?
It keeps me feeling I have a life
Pity my mum says "wheres your wife?"
    Never mind I always say,
at the end of the day there is my bike!
I'll take a hawt asian biker babe anyday!
Now its the second school semester
    Got some tests to administer!
    I'm a teacher and I'm okay,
got my jailbait in with me today,
Kids to beat around the head
Why didn't they stay home instead?
    I'm a teacher and I'm okay,
    Public servant stealing his pay,
Watching the clock and marking time
Almost soon to be on the bike again!
I keep my work in the school,
I gripe and bitch and moan and complain,
    But, I'm a teacher and that's okay!

N.B. As usual the dribble that I dabble in is utter tripe and poppycock, I wish I could be like those teachers who end up as a headline for molestermacating their teenage charges, but the truth be told, if I had my druthers , I'd be fiddling with me bikes! Mmmm hawt asian teenage biker girls...
