Well you might need to change your wording first: "It goes up, won't stay up". I can't see much interest with a statement like that.

RUnning / Fitness / Nutrition etc.

I'm a fat lardy tub at the moment (Ask Aff-man - he's seen me when I'm not) BUT I think that we should as KBers sign up for something like a Special K Triathlon or something... All those of us that want to get fit and do stuff and sponsor a charity or something - whaddaya think?

If anyone wants, I have a 6 week cardio fitness program that works on speed and running, and a good set of nutrition resources too, and this is available to all (regardless of fitness level - or goals)

[ I'm thinking of starting up a KB dating service: So for all your girls out there I'd like to introduce Andy from Tauranga:
He is of medium height, blondish hair, no idea of his eye colour.
He enjoys jogging, motorbikes, dog sled racing, scuba diving, socialising.
Solo dad to Luke - a well behaved 12 year old.
Good sense of humour, cooks a pretty good steak, will drop everything to help a friend in need, and genuine all round nice guy.

Ah, if only he lived in Auckland!

To be truely honest, I have a gym membership that was just under $900 to join... I have been there 3 times in the last 2 and half months...

Finding the bloody time to do it is the big pain in the arse!!

Ah! I think I see the problem... You are not generally supposed to fight them off you twit! (admittedly some like that but this is rare)

If he sounds like your cup of tea, PM him and start up a conversation. You never know, he might just be the one you've been waiting for.

    HAHAHAH
    thanks for that! honestly!
but while i was there, it got me thinking, that it was nice to have a woman wondering (or in your case walking very carefully!) around the house.
and i thought that i have to improve my "look"

(for all the deperate women!! hahahaha)

i used to have a "6 pack" and a rather..(if i may say so myself)... firm butt....

the timing for me really isn't a problem as i will be able to go at anytime i feel up to it...oh yer luke said that he would try and keep up with me on the scooter....that is on private closed road of course.. :sly:

oh and i have shaved my mo off.......any takers now???...it can be regrowen...

Reading this post has exhausted me. My mouse finger has cramped something chronic and I'm off for a nap...

You must be loosing your touch, old chap. Your mouse finger would have gone through 10 times as much, back in the days... of the "Religious ravings" thread.
