    Whats wrong with Auckland

Seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn (well for a few weeks)
Great places to ride - Coro, Clevedon Routes, Peak Road, SH16 and beyond, SH22 etc
    Great beaches, especially out West.

Sounds like the South Island except we're even better - we have a winter too!
And our better beaches are on the east.

But don't have the infuriating traffic and crime problems.

I agree I love the South Island although I prefer the wildness of the West coast beaches myself

Traffic nuffing like London so all cushty to me and don't know what all the fuss is about and the only crime I see is abuse of disabled parking...

Yes the South Island is a lovely place, especially in Autumn - perfect for riding the winding roads and enjoying nature..... and running out of petrol because the petrol stations are too far apart.

I feel a south trip coming on.

Everybody says hi when you come into a shop, instead of ignoring you.
Thats coz they don't know you man!
Deer are loud while having sex in the mountains in the night.
Shit, they're roaring, get a hold of a rifle!
    Our pet goat is awesome.
Ya finally found some one special!
    In summary.

    Auckland is a hole.

    Skid.
    Amen to that!

Sorry, couldn't resist man, great to hear it's working out for ya down there, just wait till the summer, the backroads are awesome then!

You mean that bellowing pained noise? Yeah well if I've said it once I've said it a hundred times, oral foreplay is not a good idea when you have antlers.
