    There's a few:
    http://www.brmc.co.nz Christchurch
http://www.mnz.co.nz has the official rules (Chapter 10 I think - miniature road racing)
    http://www.scs.net.nz Wellington

The rules may seem confusing at first. There's two classes of buckets. F4 and F5.
F5 is 50cc two strokes and 80cc four stokes (to 'keep it even')
F4 is 100cc two stroke which can be water cooled, 125cc two stroke which must be air cooled and limited to 24mm carb and 150cc four stroke.
No competition engines allowed (MX, GP etc)

You mean this on http://www.amcc.co.nz/ (really hard website address to find and remember) doesnt have a lot of bucket info on it though.

Best bet is to rock on along to the track on a race weekend (happens to be one this weekend) and and talk to a few of the people down and there.

I am still getting started myself and ShelRacing here on KB have been a big help to me, no doubt they will be along soon, other than that all I can say is just get out there and do it! It is so much fun!

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

And a Loncin 145 engine can be bought brand-new for about $600.00
Basically a GL145 copy, it comes with ignition and a carb.
    Good value indeed !!
