Good work!! Oh I mean, eh, what are you on about?
MINE!
Ok T Rudes, you can have it to replace Pammys if you like...
Here's a tip, Motomart have a box of old braided brake lines...in it there are a couple of calipers. They might sell one to you if you ask nicely, they might not too.

I'm crazy even asking this ... do you still have it, and does the engine go? I think from previous discussions, the answer is probably no, which would be a relief.
Otherwise - I have another 2 (1 complete with dead/dying motor, 1 not) in a similar situation, if anyone's interested.

Yeah, It WAS running, with that nasty knock.
I havn't got it running again but have only devoted about 10 minutes to it.
I was liking the "Supermono" Bucket idea for a while because VTs are so commonly discarded it would end up being an engine for the price of the big ends and other broken bits. I would think that it COULD be made very fast because it could spin like a mofo but it also requires a heluva lot of time, somthing that I am finding less and less of spare...

I have this stuff in my garage and the likelihood of me ever using it is practically 0, so out it goes. Actually the likelihood of anyone wanting some of it is 0 as well but you never know.
Genuine Honda MB100 .25 over piston. Never used but prepped ready for use. It doesn't have it's tarnish preventing bag/wrap so the skirts are tarnished but it isn't anything you can feel. I also have a new single ring to fit this piston.
I also have a single ring for a MB100 .5 over. and a single TKRJ MB100 .75 over ring. These could be useful if someone just wants to freshen things up a bit.
This might be less useful but I have a stock MB100 piston with hardly any use. The top ring pin has fallen back allowing the ring to rotate which damaged the barrell but did no harm to the piston itself. A new pin could be pressed into the top groove over the 2nd groove pin.
MB100 .25 over piston and rings. At least I think it's a MB piston. It looks to be OK but has had a some use, not a lot, and has no damage(that matters). Could be a good spare.
The last piston is a Suzuki probably TS100 piston. I think it was one I played with. I taken a bit off the bottom of the skirt and relieved the bottom where it masks the transfer ports at BDC. It's 50mm and was only used for experimenting with intake port timing so has very little use.
I have what I have labelled TF100 rings. part # 12140-28630. They are brand new, the packet has not been opened. There's also a unopened packety of 1st(?) oversize TF100 rings part #12140-28630-050.
The last ring is probably a Suzuki RG400 ring part # 12140-20A12-000. Could be useful if you want to convert to RG pistons. These rings used to be really expensive. Especially if you were fitting new ring and piston after every 2nd meeting.
couple of other bits that might be useful are a 2mm spacer for putting inder a MB100 barrell and what is I think a carb adaptor for a TS100 barrell with a 32mm hole. This adaptor would be ideal for a hot TS100 to fit a 32mm carb.
Some of this stuff might be junk to most people but gold to others. I don't want much for any of this. Few beers, couple of $, drugs, you name it. I'm in clean out mode in the garage.
suzi go up in 0.5 steps, so yes they are 1st over.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
