In a factory in China presumably, but if it was Rajiexpress it would be on the side of the road in India and feature in a YooToob video.

Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
Ahrr, I guess Ill just have to cast one...
I started to build a 100 twin supercharged useing FZR parts but Bucket rules forbid ethanol fuel so I gave up. A new off road class uses a "bucket" rule template, 150cc, engine modification open but must be direct air cooled.
With ethanol I can live with air cooled. Perhaps a V twin with poxy Honda 50 heads? Or just bight the bullet and build exactly what I want, no compromise. Parallel twin would be best.
FZR bottom end. Your own cast barrel - and a GSX250 Suzuki head. 8 valve DOHC, reasonable chamber shape. Not too big IMO.
What's all this 4 stroke nonsense?

L shaped uniflow with a half speed supplementary compressive chamber. I'll let you work out the details of how it works (Ihavent a clue, l'm more of a big picture kinda guy) but there's got to be a 3 stroke in there somewhere.

Im a bit picky, dont want expensive or tidy, cause I will wreak it. And I do want a parallel twin.
This whole episode is just a bit of a gag so Im going to spend as little as possible.
Although CL175 would be right on the money, engine wise. Its going to have to be brought back down to 150cc, rules, but that is the only rule and air cooled. Ethanol, nitro, supercharge, whatever I want. My kind of class.
But thankyou anyway.
The only thing i have up that alley is a enough bits to build a few 350/4 hondas
pretty sure they is a loose head and cylinder or two, but they are a shit design.
but if you want a parallel twin 4t its pretty much limits you to honda.
if it was wanting to do a forced induction twin i would want to do a 360 crank which means CD for the earlty stuff
those later 1990's SOHC CB250's were essentially a overbored 125 about 230cc . there was a cd and a cb cmx version all were 360 crank.
They were 53mmx44mm so a 125 stroke (they were 41.4mm)i bet they had a better clutch and gearbox. EDit turns out its the same hub.
They were a shitty commuter bike so they should be cheap.
the mains are the same size as the CB400n/T CB450T so they should be ample
they also have a 28mm crankpin
A cb125 to 150 would likely need sleeves anyway wouldn't it? Mike?
pretty decent size valves as well
pretty much a Xl100s valve
plent of room for a nice sealing surface
my 2 cents
Thankyou, yes I am looking at changing the crank to 360, even pulses for the supercharger.
Single overhead cam CB250 twin, that sounds like me. Cheap. Now to locate one.
I couldnt bring myself to cut up your cyclinder mold. Im building up a "sand blowing" machine to blast CO2 sand into you dies. I need this equipment anyway for when I start blowing Shell Sand cores. My foundry mate reckons it will work. I can bolt your dies into my Shell Sand Molding machine.
Simon at goodparts had one i think being wrecked.

CMX was the shitty custom
CB was a mild custon street
and CD was they oldie styled comuter
They looked like two XR100 engines which essentially they were.
reserve met at $700 wof and reg

oh shit set up for mass production
Two questions? What would a 350 four head and cam be worth? The worst one. And do you have a picture of one?
