Keep an eye on the F1 entries for Cemetery Circuit, Its probably Nodrog. Hes been getting fairly desperate for a supplied ride.

The highest point on the CT90 piston is 1.00mm lower, but the piston edge where the compression dome starts is actually 0.5mm higher according to TKRJ. Spacer might be to stop the outside edge of the piston compression dome contacting the cylinder head at the edge of the combustion chamber. However, I wouldn't have thought that these pistons were an option because it'd give you a total displacement of 161cc.

Might be C70 pistons though, which are basically a +3.00mm from the CB125T pistons. These would give you 142cc. Possibly still need the spacer due to the increased width of piston vs cylinder head combustion chamber. These are also probably as big as you can go without changing the original cylinder liners.

If it doesn't bring a tear to your eye, add a little more fully synth 2T to the mix.

Disagree...You'd use C90E pistons which have a lower deck height than the CB125T ones - and are 47mm bore.
Once you'd cut the barrel to get correct deck height, you'd machine the piston crowns for squish shape to match the head.
i suspect that the earlier reference to CT90 pistons should have been C90...
BTW the C90 and CB125 both use 13mm pins where the CT90 uses 14mm...

But again, this just points up that the engine in question must use something very different....

Far greater choice of dome shapes,
he could also have used earlier Honda twin pistons.

Failing that you could always ask the guy who owns it..............
Or buy it for Nodrog and tell him its a superbike.

    NX4 front forks

Just putting this out there, a mate in Holland is selling his 50 in parts and has a very nice NX4 front end (no Wheel but brake is there) whats it worth bearing in mind you still have to pay shipping ( although I am buying a few bits and bobs so we could come to a joint arrangement)

About a grand NZ a couple of years back for the non radial brake type. Of course RS parts keep going up and up, plus our dollar has dropped at least 15% against the pound since then.

    Wheels for Sale:

From an FZR 250, these are lighter than most road rims in the same size.

Rear - 3.5" Has a Disc, no cush drive and is missing 2 of the cush rubbers.
Front - 2.75" - Bare, has a dent in it - I'll let this go for bugger all, a few good hammer hits might bring it back but this is at your own risk.

I'll be selling another front soon, I just need to work out which of the two fits on my bike better, they are slightly different.

    Offers.
