Well, unfortunately it looks like our plans have changed... managed to catch up with the other riders that had said they were keen to join us on the ride to GY and now it looks like we're planning a ride down that way in a few weeks time so will regretfully have to pull out of a ride this weekend... can't really justify two long rides right now... actually that would make it three as the vincent rally is comming up soon too.
Anyway, good luck to all those that are going... have a great ride and be safe.
We look forward to hearing stories of all the fun you have down there.
Hopefully will meet a few of you in Akaroa this week, otherwise will meet you on another road on another day.

Zooter, any particular reason for the 2pm meeting time instead of midday or... Just curious that's all.
If there are any others intending camoing at our place, Scumdog has directions on how to find us. If anyelse wants to know, message me and I'll pass on the directions.

emmmmmmmmmm........................ so have ours so sorry guys but I'll have to give it a miss.
However 2 of the boys are still going to be down there and they want to do the run to Glenorchy, so they very well may rock up at your camp at the 12 mile delta.

I'm still hopeing to be at the Vincent County rally and the woodstock rally.... so hopefully we will catch up at some stage.

    bring it on poeples

heaps of bikes in town at the moment, not quite the GY or Remarkables rally strength but a lot more than normal. Me and Scumdog x2 only confirmed for the 2pm Frankton meet so far, probably be a few recruits at Kellys but it would be good to know of a few more confimed KBers

I'll probably come through with SD and Mrs SD on the RE5. Its time it had a run. However we are expecting guest for the weekend so I doubt that I'll be camping.

I'll be up a bit earlier than I said - boss says I can have the WHOLE day off on Friday!!!!

Fine weather forecast so I'll cruise up through Roxburgh (lunch at Succulents) then a quick break Shingle Creek then onto your illustrious El Luxuro Campo on Springvale Road!!

Yeah? well they better look out for a flash looking XLH 1200 'S' matey-flip!

P.S. The more the better at the 12 Mile, - Jantar, how about a sign at 12 Mile with 'KB Rally' or something. :spudwhat:

I wonder how these people are getting on?
Thunder plumps and flooding in the area they went to. Sorta makes it not so bad a fella had to stay home and work, huh?

Well, me and Mr and Mrs Scumdog showed up at Kelly's in the pissing rain and elected to call off the exercise. Tomorrow may be a different story as it seems to be clearing nicely now and the races will be on tomorrow touchwood if it is still fine and the track not too soggy.
To be fair to the others who indicated they would be here, we got the messsage from local associates that they had flagged it.

I did wonder, weather has been crap, but worste around Heriot, Raes junction, Lawrence areas.
Did see a group go thru here about 4.30/5pm friday, not anyone with you guys? Because they would have got a drenching (and not of the farm type)
