Bike has done approx 50k’s I’m the only N.Z owner & have owned it since 8995k’s... It’s always had oil & filter at 5k intervals (Golden Spectro Semi Synthetic 15W 40 – changed to G.S Full Synthetic prior to any race meeting or Track Day...) with a major service every third oil service (Check valve clearances & plugs, wash, service & re-oil Air Filters & a general once over, tighten up, oil, grease & check...)

Top End has been re-shimmed twice (which is about normal for k’s)
Clutch has had three sets of fibers & one set of steels... O/E parts have always been used wherever & whenever needed...

Yes... It’s done a few Track Days & probably close to 200 runs down various Drag Strips around the Country over the years that I’ve owned it but I can honestly say it hasn’t been abused by some ham fisted F**KWIT that doesn’t know what there doing, it’s general condition & presentation will attest to that – current P.B is 10.1485 @ 237 kph recorded at Dec 06 Night Speed Drag War Meeting & finished 7th overall in the 07 National Winter Series

Aside from its limited Competition use its carted me all over the country side in great comfort & never once let me down, its done Wanganui (Boxing Day Races) for as long as I can remember & I’m quietly convinced if you took your hands off the bars the old girl would find herself there &/or back... !!!

It’s an amazingly comfortable bike one up or two & she’ll happily run with the latest & greatest with the right rider on board & more often than not hand them there asses back on a platter; much to there disgust !!!

She has a few minor Battle Scars which I would deem fairly normal wear & tear on a bike of this age...

I’m asking $12000.00 – with all the bits included...

Inspection is welcome but will be by appointment only...

It’ll be going up on Trade Me in the next couple of days

    Cheers

Suweet bike man, and an even sweeter list of accessories to go with it. Should have no problems selling it at that price. Good luck with the sale.

Re: The "12's" up for Sale

    Gidday Chap
To be honest it's been a bit of a work in progress since I made the big decision to sell the "Old Girl"...

Bloody "Tard Me" & there limited characters per ad bollox... Bl**dy joke; especially when you are trying to sell the bike & list all the bits that are going to be included with the bike in the "Sale" price !!!

Have also listed it on the good old T & E site

    http://www.te.co.nz/te-motors/Motorb...Id-5416542.htm

Christ I didn't know these ZX12's needed so much effort to make them into a good bike.
