    yea its a bit of a worry 15 minutes of riding today and it was sore! dam cones, I'll get them next time.

    might give kicking a go. yea criket bats are real good out of a car, but I think it would be a pain in the ass on a bike. when they re-did esmond road a couple of years ago we managed to knock almost all the cones down with bats.

    i'm still working in NP in the week, so wont be able to make any proper rides for a while, but all going well will take her for a break-in-spin next sat if anyone wants to go for a gentle ride
    (wont be going hard, gotta get the feel for my new gal)
