Aww shucks guys , Thanks for the offer but I'l borrow some money from the parents and pay them back. (at some stage, maybe 20 years or so)

I really think I need this trip anyway! I haven't been riding enough recently and I think it's starting to get to me.

$20 a night inside or $11 a night in your tent. How many more Brownie points do you score for not being a girls blouse and going for the soft option?

New back tire ordered and will hopefully be in before Friday!
Just need to give the old girl an oil change (could be an interesting experiance...) and scrub the new tire in
Can't wait to see how a new back tire goes, B-T better watch out!

Bad news falks. TOTO crashed tonight.

TOTO: I'm ok, been checked in the hospital. Only a few bruises. Kevlar jeans did their job and the armour on the knees too. I'm ok. not great, but ok.

Bike: My poor baby is dead I'm affraid. Low sided it on the right side. Right birror, right brake lever right indicator missing. Right hand side fairing scratched and bent. Front fairing broken up. Bike not starting. Exhaust scratched. My baby has seen better days. I'm hoping to go bike shopping soon - already looking on trademe. I'm happy I have full insurance cover.

THE TOUR: All is organised for you guys. You know the route, the places with accomodation, etc...so whoever wants to lead the tour you have my blessing. Hope you guys still have great time.
