Politely tell her that it might pay to not call again, and that you can't allow such activities to carry on.
One visit could grow into dozens, and less than polite conversations, (P fueled slagging matches at reception).
Nip it in the bud mate.
Or get some buds to go with the nipples...........

There is no IF's, she is a working girl 100%. All under control, she is gone. I had a wee chat with her explaining that no one else was to be let on site at anytime. I didn't confront her about her exact activities but did make it clear that no guests were to be let on site at anytime, especially late at night. Also let her know I live on site, so the acid was on her in a subtle but not too subtle way. She obviously got the message as she left not too soon after. It would never get out of control on my watch, I don't take any shit from clowns as a few have found out
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

As a business manager/owner in retail or hospitality you are under no obligation to serve or let anyone you are not happy/comfortable with in your business premises,no law says you must sell them goods or services,it is your descretion.

Sounds like all worked out for the good,no major problem.

Can we have kb mates rates?

Sure she wasn't from "target"checking your room.

Hell Lisa Lewis didn't waste time getting off the mark.

It is unlikely that you will be challenged by 'her' for refusal.

What I am saying is that if a complaint is made against you, you WILL have to explain the reason why. This is what I learnt in MY training.

Prove me otherwise - I'd love to see the evidence. I may be wrong, but I'm not simply talking out of a hole in my arse either.

Answer this - if questioned by authorities following up a case of discrimination, what would you say was the reason was for refusal ?

Yep see your point, wouldn't take much for her to say "because I am a woman"and"jewish" therefore they are prejudiced to my sex and religion beliefs. Then onus is on the legitimate operator to answer.P/C gone wrong?

To give you a better idea.........15 mins ago she calls & asked if we had a room, obviously by the accent I knew she was a kiwi & sounded like she was local (which can be suspect) by the way she was talking, anyway we are a lil quite right now so I said nothing. She checks in 5 mins ago, looked a bit suss as in she kinda looked a bit dressed up (tarty) but it's a pretty tough question to ask without offending so I let it go. Anyway not more than a few minutes go by & some fat dude rolls up & goes into her room. Yep definitely on the slab!

What to do? Kick her out? Put the rent up?

    Not a bad looker either

Hookers are people absolutely, no one is questioning that. Two business people discussing "business" is NOT the same as a hooker conducting her business. No different to the reason why Brothels are usually in discrete places.

Two buisness people discussing buisness is no where near as efficiant as a hooker and a client actually doing buisness so if you support the windbag buisnessmen and diss the actual doer's then so be it.

I have not " run " an accommodation buisness either but i have helped my sister run a 15 room joint in Rotorua so i know there can be some customers you wonder about but unless your sure it may well come down to a bad feeling thats quite wrong.
