Iron Mike Tyson fighting in NZ

Mike Tyson apprently fighting in NZ, 1st weeked in August.

It would be good to see him go up against the mountain warrior, Shane Cameron.

Jason 'psycho' Suttie is on the undercard and he is one tough MF.

A person with Mike Tyson's record could not enter the USA from here, how come he can enter NZ?

Same thing for Tame Iti going to Europe etc.

Some NZr's with minor charges cant get away with it, how do these guys get around it? John.

    Shane Cameron better be careful.

To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. NOMIS - he WAS an amazing (Hard Arse fighter) - now hes just a 'has been' washed up also ran living off his name.

I was a huge fan (even tho' after reading so many books about him I knew what true scum he was) - Id probably go watch - but then again maybe not - its not like watching the same guy.

Bragging rights for Cameron (who I also like and have met a few times) about beating Tyson now is like saying he can beat Ali - you will be able to do it - but back in the day - not a chance.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Mike Tyson is a has-been. As for that facial tattoo...

David Tua was never going to be heavyweight champion of the world. He is a competent boxer, but not a great one. He is short on both the necessary height and reach needed to succeed at that level.

I agree that a Cameron v Tua bout would be worth the cost of admission. Funny though that Tua's not interested in such a contest.

Mike Tyson proved that height and reach aren't necessary.

I always find it extremely funny when Jason gets nicknamed "psycho". He used to teach boxing to a group of girls I belonged to back a few years ago, and he is one of the gentlest, truly sweet guys I know...

But yes, when he gets into that ring, he's one very scary man...the look in his eyes is just so damn focused.
