Wow, that is one mean looking mother flippin.

I saw your second crash. It happened really quick so I am not certain what caused it but I think the front wheel just tucked in.
While the bike slid nicely, you rolled a couple of times, hence the bruise I guess.

    Thanks dude!

Yes I definitely underestimated the pain level for today and no I won't be trapsing into work.

Just waiting to hear whether I am KBing all day or 'actually working' either way it will be seated action today in the layzboy.

Will load an updated bruise development pic later....though it's where I am not bruised that hurts the most actually!

What a sight to see the girls doing it for real on the track, complete with spills and thrills and battle scars to boot! Respect!

Dang, Sweetheart...you didn't go about it half hearted, did ya?

Now, besides the Marguaritas, make sure you drown that bruise in Arnica cream. It'll make it go away in double time.

    Awesome write up though

Where the feck did I put my "Beam me up Scotty!" thingie?

Thing is though, Antiflamme is good, but only has a low percentage of Arnica. Get yourself the actual cream from the pharmacy (blue and white tube), you'll be amazed at how much quicker it speeds the process.
