I saw your second crash. It happened really quick so I am not certain what caused it but I think the front wheel just tucked in.
While the bike slid nicely, you rolled a couple of times, hence the bruise I guess.

Yes I definitely underestimated the pain level for today and no I won't be trapsing into work.

Just waiting to hear whether I am KBing all day or 'actually working' either way it will be seated action today in the layzboy.

Pretty sore today - can feel all the bits that hit the track now. Both shoulders quite strained and down the right side of my torso also rather tender.

What a sight to see the girls doing it for real on the track, complete with spills and thrills and battle scars to boot! Respect!

Was gonna take him over Haywards and back round the inlet but we had a communication break down and as I was nailing it up the hill I looked in the mirrors and thought...where has that bright light gone?! Doubled back around thinking horrible thoughts but then clicked he had misheard me (I have lost my voice quite bad so hard to hear) and he'd headed south instead of following me.

Thing is though, Antiflamme is good, but only has a low percentage of Arnica. Get yourself the actual cream from the pharmacy (blue and white tube), you'll be amazed at how much quicker it speeds the process.
