FWIW I have a pair of RJays gloves with a short cuff that are easier to put under the cuff of my jackets.

Picked them up from TSS in Lower Hutt. I can't remember the model name (Typhoon? I think), but they have worked really well for the last couple of years.

I got KBC gloves for winter, Quasimoto race gloves for summer. Havnt seen Quasi's winter glove as I already had some - but if they are as good as the summer ones (as in 'fitness for purpose') I would give them a go.

    Thumbs up

Just purchased some Alpine Star winter weight gloves (Drystar S3's I think), haven't tried them in torential rain yet but rode to Auckland @ 0500hrs on Monday (fm.Morrinsvile) & got home (Taranaki) @ 0100hrs Tuesday morning (it was a tad chilly) and my fingers where toasty. Well worth the $$$

I *hate* winter gloves, but wear them if I must.
I have some Orinas - absolute crap!
I have some Spidi Ravens - nice to wear, but a bit short in the cuff.
I have some Spidi SportPro H2Out - very good, full of waterproofy-armoury goodness, but I'd still rather not wear them.
Sometimes when it's wet, I'll just wear some old summer gloves and turn the grip heaters on. Anything to retain full finger mobility.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

I've got some Held Summatoruvvers, which are great - how do they compare to those?
Like I really need more gloves - I must have at least 8 pairs already...

    I decided to get some:

    Oxford Chill Out Gloves

Oxford Products say 'ChillOut' when it comes to cold weather riding with their new windproof clothing range.

Designed to be worn under existing riding apparel, the eight- strong range of garments has something for the tastes of every rider, from custom to commuter and sports to scooter. With today's ever- changing climate, ChillOut won't keep you from your bike.

ChilltexT is both tough and gentle at the same time. Its unique "3D" fleece lining is gentle on the skin while allowing warm air to be distributed evenly around one's body. The clever material also allows perspiration to pass through, creating a 'microclimate' that further aids comfort for the user.
    Base price $38.95

I see someone's reviewed their top. I'll do a review of the gloves after I've spent some cold mornings using them.

Me too, although they are a bit extreme and Ive only worn them once.
Also have Held Steve, Panther, and Akira in order of purchase.
There's also a pair of lined Spidi that are nice on nippy mornings.
    (Thanks Lou :-)

And last but definitely least, a pair of RJays which were the reason I gave up buying cheap gloves. The words "tits and fish" come to mind

WTH! you always need a new pair of gloves.
