Hmmm...that wasn't quite what I had in mind. Maybe the circumstances I thought of should be explained:

Let's say for example a woman goes out with her girlfriends to have a good time. She is not putting any "signals" out saying that she is wishing to be approached for dating pusposes. Yet, when a male approaches and persistently refuses to take no for an answer, she is all of a sudden a bitch.

Now, what I believe you had in mind is two people having a debate of sort and one of them female not wanting to see the other person's point of view through sheer narrow mindedness and possibly being quite obnoxious about it to boot...
Then yes, i'd agree with you, someone like that should be labelled a bitch.
