I have a pair of Frank Thomas which are warm and dry but very bulky, got them in London a few years ago. I also hate winter gloves I have never had a pair which were 100%, some how the water always gets in by the end of the day. The scooter has very good heated bars which are thermostatically controlled. I just turn up the heat and wear light-medium weight gloves. I don't mind wet hands provided they are warm, my skin is 100% water proof.
