    Wendy's New Years Resolutions

Well after having a really shity couple of years with my health with 3 cancer scares and some sort of virus that took 6/7 months to get rid of i decide it was time to take control.
My new years resolutions this year where:

    1/ loss weight

    2/ get fit

    3/ and stop smoking

Well how many time do you here that some one has acheived there new goals.
    Well i have done it.

    I have lost aound 8kg

I can walk for around 2 hours and not be so buggered that i need a sleep when i'm fininshed.

and it has now been 15 weeks since i stop smoking. I have had a couple of slips in the begining but i have got there. Well as much as a smoker will get because at the end of the day smoking is an addiction that i will always have to fight.

My new goal is to do a 10k run when one comes up.

That is just awesome Wendy Congrats!!!

I can definitely sympathise with cancer scare and stopping smoking...it's not an easy road, but an awesome achievement when you get to where you want to be.

    Once again, congrats!

Well done. Proof that the only 6 inches you can really control is between your own ears....
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Well done Windy!! When I saw you in Napier, you looked like you were going well... except when you got lost!

Hey I reckon thats bloody marvelous.
To set yourself 3 pretty huge goals and to actually be succeeding at all 3.

    Awesome!

And the cool thing about achieving goals is you tend to just keep going. Awesome feedback circle.
