Suzuki dealer would be a start.![]()
Ebay would be my next stop
i honestly wouldnt bother mate, they're gonna be expensive.
Best bet would be getting in touch with a sign/screenwriter and get them to make one up, you'd hardly know the difference in some cases.
There are people on here that will do them for you, but at the end of the day its a big sticker and will need to be seen in person to get a really match.
My suggestion is forget it happened. I'd say you're gonna be on that beast for a while yet, and when it does come time to sell it there will probably be a few more stone chips![]()

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
yea tried ebay,no joy.I know what ya saying r6_kid,i just like my shit to be mint im far too fussy!
the peps who you say could make one up for me,wouldnt they need an original decal too copy??
MSTRS on this site makes them,
LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST SO WHEN YOU DIE YOUR FRIENDS DONT HAVE TO LIE AT YOUR FUNERAL
google motorcycle decals heaps of sites for them
LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST SO WHEN YOU DIE YOUR FRIENDS DONT HAVE TO LIE AT YOUR FUNERAL
they should be able to do it from a hi-res photo (they'll take the pic) and then take some measurements, run it through an imaging program to get the right angles/proportions and then print it, shouldnt be able to tell the difference unless they were side by side.

I had some stickers done by a local sign writer. All I had to do was take in the piece of fairing which had the sticker I wanted to replicate on. They scanned it and $20 later had an identical copy. Ideal!
Yeah, I can make a lot of the decals that appear on bikes. Not all, mind, cos of not having the original, or not able to match colour etc. There is also the issue of whether decals are cut or printed - not something well understood by many here.
However, I have been able to make many KBers happy with what I've done for them. With a little more info, perhaps I can help the OP here too??
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
Dude either A buy a decal set from MSTRS or Touch up the stone chip with a pencil touch paint from repco
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
That would be my recommendation. At least you can mix paint until you get the colour exact. A chip is not really a reason to replace entirely.
You do know that you can fit a clear protective film over top of all the vulnerable bits? And I'm not talking about that cheap thick shit from the bike shops. Go see a signwriter in your area, cos it really needs someone who knows what they are doing to make a perfect job if you are fussy.

thanx for all ya ideas guys!
the decal is multi layered, the 'gsx' is on top of the 'R' decal.im going to take it to a sign writer wen i get around to it and see what there options are,if it ends up to difficult/expensive ill go with the touch up option.
to be honest,if yaz seen it,90% of you would probably laugh at the fuss ive caused over it
thanx again!![]()
