Its a RS125 pipe, ya don't see them 'cause of the fairing.

EDIT: My apologies, that was the original 1962 RC110 50cc it's a homage to -- the (modern, 2004) Dream 50R makes 7hp@13,500rpm. You can get a kit that makes it produce more horsepower, 14,000rpm. 71kg. Hell yesJust the bike for my commute.

Based on the R125 but bet you could get it quite cheap.
