Porridge, with fruit on top. Have a coffee while your making/heating it.
Will keep your energy levels up, and food gravings down till well into the afternoon. Banana's work wonders also.
V is just a sugar concentrated gut rot. Ween yourself off that crap.

I ain't a morning person by any means, but masturbation will get the blood pumping... but i'm married with kids in the house these days, so pushing the starter on the RSV seems to be a fair replacement these days...
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

Protein shakes are good or there is also Miso soup. Some love it some hate it... You can buy it in little packets that are ready to go and all you gotta do is put it in a mug and pour in the hot water... I tried many different brands and they all have different tastes so definitely try around and see what you prefer!

You have taken the first step and admitted you have a V problem. I used to have to have one (a V) about 10am everyday. I could not afford it at the time and stopped. V is a wonderful pick me up no doubt about it.

I have used it for energy to make a big trip in a very tired state it works!

I have used it to kick start my day it works!

It works, but is no substitute for low GI food.

ps: I still use it for a pick me up, and am useless around eating low GI food as a better source of energy!

yes Mom! V problem! I went and got me some Womens Multi Vitamins today .. threw out the coffee in my house and stocked up on Green Tea ( I also got some panadol for the next few days lol) ... I figure after posting today the money I spend making the V people rich I can put towards my bike or plane fare which ever comes first (still undecided lol) its funny eh .. we already know what we need to do its applying it thats half the battle! but alot of what people have posted in here has been a wakeup call so big hugs for everyone.
