2/ Matrix - wasn't it Trinity (not Neo) riding the black 996 in all the traffic?
3/ Black rain - dirt bike chase at the end.

Interesting to see Tom Cruise in there a few times. I'm pretty tame and laughed at the bug splat / bird-in-the-face scene in Wild Hogs.
What about the bike race in the Batman movie (Batman and Robin, with Alicia Silverstone as the little girlie racer). Not to mention the stunts in Charlie's Angels........
I also enjoyed Eric Lustbader's descriptions of the character Nicholas Linnear's bike races/chases in his books.
