    Fork oil

    How often do you change yours/have yours changed and whats the best way to go about it? My suspension is feeling a little hard and the preload, rebound & compression adjustments aren't giving me quite the desired results so I suspect a heavy grade of fork oil is present in my cartridges or it's in need of replacement...

    prolly every 20 000k's or so,but generally just when they start to feel shit....
