    New flatmate wanted (Wellington)

    how much do you want to bet i am in the wrong forum???

    But i am looking for a new flatmate..

    requirments:
    Clean
    as tidy as me....

    able to cope with my 3 sams

    able to cope with luke ( and all his bullshit stories on how often he beats me in buckets)

    able to pay thier way.... has a job other words!!!

    at least 25+

    a female would be good for us.. but not too worried as long as you can put up with us...

    i can offer:

    a bedroom,

    nice flatmates

    cost to rent the room is...

    $145.00 PLUS expenses

    and i live in newlands.. 2min walk to bus.. 10min to town ( by bike)

    oh and NON SMOKERS only need to apply...

    and have BIG garage for the bikes....

    Ladies..... I can kinda vouch for this lot, they are nice people. And everyone wants to be a Newlands Elite member!!



    As long as you don't mind white dog hair all over your clothes, a young man trying to wear your knickers and an older young man trying to get into them... jokes!!!

    I concur! I've stayed there once and he tried to get into my nickers!! AJ could do with a woman - I don't think he's had one for awhile...
