dont asume that just because there are double yellow lines painted on the road, that there is no visibilitly around those corners.

yellow lines are placed for various reasons, they are not directly linked to visibility.

Yip heaps, but not indangering anyone but my self, look at how busy that vid is with traffic, I wonder what the thoughts of the cage drivers are after seeing that... I dont wouldnt blame them for being anti bikers.

My point is about being a beter rider, a safer rider, and being able to handle your machine when pushing the limits to the road rules.
Crossing the senter line and useing 2 lanes (3 in toll) is not good riding, infact its shit and shows that the riders are unable to ride there bikes at that speed in a more confined area.

Exactly! I have not watched the vid, being the Mom I am I would probably disapprove.

Each to their own really. But what you say is soo true, if you personally leave no room for error in your riding, and even if you stay inside the middle line, you still have to contend with the person coming the other way that is also in a tearing hurry to die and meets you head on!

I lost a friend on 20/1/82. I remember him every year. He was 18 years of age, riding a bike to work, he was running late, as was the woman he collided with head on around a gentle sweeper on Woodcocks Road.

Hope I dont have to say bye to anyone else like that.

    Ummmm...

    oh no,
    they crossed a yellow line.omg.
huge amounts of visibility even from the camera angle.
why not straighten a corner if you have plenty of room.
lol, just don´t get caught.if you´re safe it won´t matter anyhow.
phht nout dangerous there to me,remember the eye can see better than the camera, less you´re half blind.
    peace

and what is the 1st thing some one says in a head on... OHHHH I DIDNT SEE YOU, arrogance is unbecoming, if everyone stays on the correct side of the road.. there would be no head ons and there would be a lot more bikers that we all have known still alive.

never asume a yellow line is on the road just for the hell off it... its there for a reason, maybe even a hidden reason you cant see like a side road.
