Yes - with the restrictor washer out of the exhaust port (10 min job).

All of ours are sold without the restrictor washer for that very reason...lol,I have one for commuting to and from work and it carries my vulptuous butt without any issues.Originally Posted by Kiwitt

I would say go... go quickly buy one. one of the best 50's available at the moment for acceleration/handling as well as top speed and general quality.
