    There is a vid somewhere (on here im sure) of a Marathon runner taking a shit in his hand while running and throwing to the side when hes done. Would have so wrong to hold in his hand till the end I guess?..

    My old flatmate is into that shit.

    err. Lets reword that.

    Hes into running, really, really long distances - They call them ultramarathons.
    Earlier this year he did a 24hour race - most K's ran around a track in 24hour wins.

    This is farily common practice amongst athletes(madmen?) on longer races.
