And we rode up you bloody Elton John wanna be---
The very last sensible thing I did that day made me leave the bike at the motel as I definately had my drinking trousers on... (my black ones) Christ, I could barely walk!
However, I'm awake and about to put my riding trousers on (curiously, they are also black)... Looks like rain (again) ....

Hey Frosty,
I'lll be riding all around the Manawatu and Wairarapa today, if y'all see a blue ZZR closely followed by a green VN1500 then that'll be me.
Have a good one,
Sedge.
I'll be out at some stage hopefully
Damn good ride today. Takas, gladstone hill climb road, on to Matsterton, back over the takas followed by paekak' hill. No bins, just good riding in good weather. Interesting to note that the Flying fish cafe was charging 15% public holiday surcharge even though today isn't a public holiday. They can get fucked from now on greedy wankers. Bloody awesome. Glad you made the trip down there Frosty always good to catch up.
Employers still got to pay time n a half and day in leiu or some shit like that for today, coz its a weekend, monday and tuesday are back up days and some b/s law applies for them, so quite a few businese's are doing crap like surcharges, meh not my money. Looks like i'll be down welly way for next weekend and staying on for manfeild on the 15th , so will have to catch up with a few of ya's.

thanks amillion guys --i had abloody fantastic days riding with you guys. Well proof positive of my inability to ride fast was getting totally anailated by dean jimbo and co -basicly everywhere we went.Ohh um and ya know piecock hill well um er --she bites --and when she bites she bites fucking hard. Yall remember the Vfr750 I used to own--well its totalled -along with a huge section of rail and a 150x150 pole holding the railing over a 100m drop. What happened? frosty fucked up --and twas after the ride as we were poodling home too. The fairing has gone the forks bent the headluight stuffed and the front wheel has a big v in it. hmm---ohh well I diuddnt wanna sell it anyhoo.

Basically not a pretty sight. At least the tree it hit after it went through the railing stopped it going for a flyer down the cliff.
Celticno6 thinks I'm a nutter cause we used the duct tape to put it all back together and then I tried to ride all the way back the way we'd been riding all day.well ya know the storry-if a horse bucks ya ya jump back on again

After over 400kms of somewhat spirited riding its unbelievable that I binned it at 60km/hr on a bit of road I'd just ridden down.
Oh well motorcycles are just tools for learning. Sometimes you bend the tools.
Guess what guys - my tool is bent. :sly:
