Who can weld titanium exhaust?

Got a 2005 KX250F with stock titanium exhaust

Have cracked the exhaust tube where if joins to the plate and then turns into perforated tube (the plate where the alum muffler casing slips over and bolts on).

Short of paying for new muffler and inlet pipe who knows of places in Auckland that have experience with titanium welding?

Don't know if Custom Chambers is the one I am thinking of, but I know there is someone in East Tamaki that can, either him, or another name? Titanium welding requires the inert environment (or something) so not everybody can.
