I'm very keen, but my parents are visiting at that time. As such I'm a bit reluctant to start booking a cabin or such - I'm kinda hoping that I'll be able to fit the rally into the programme.
It would ease my mind greatly if I knew for sure whether a car was going down there from Chch where I could fit in tent, mattress and a sleeping bag.
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Bring your parents, they can sit with Scumdog. Then they would have someone their age to talk to.

Mate, I haven't turned 30 yet - exactly how old do you think my parents are?

My father does enjoy a good whiskey though.

Oh ! Forgot about the rabble at the other end of the Island . Just have to see how many from the Mainland , we can muster to bring some culture to this event.

There has to be more Norf Islanders that want to do this event ?

Mate I'm so immature I couldn't concentrate on acting grown up for long enough that anyone would notice

Besides, I really didn't think you were THAT old

I prefer not to label myself - and I prefer not to sleep on the ground. Don't you know that wet grass spread SARS?
I thought that you guys might be bringing a support vehicle down though.

If my parents come along my partner will come along as well - which means I won't have to bring mom outta retirement
However, I think I'd prefer not to have to keep a check on my family - takes valuable attention away from the more important tasks at hand (getting pissed and talking bullshit).
