Great moments in NZ television history

My Australian friends directed this to me.

In my opinion, this interview is one of the greatest moments in NZ television history.

Sometimes it is better to keep your mouth closed and risk appearing a fool, then to open it and remove all doubt.

The ironing in this one is delicious...

Other than that, if you want to see some brilliant laugh out loud TV, watch the "NRL Classic Matches" on Sky Sport from the 70's and 80's. It's pretty much just one big orchestrated brawl!

Brilliant. Some good old fashioned anti PC piss take.

On one hand the embodiment of racial hatred and take off the hood and that embodiement becomes a parody of tolerance.

luurve the ABs v Wales clip at 1:40...
    Wales 1:0 ABs, no wait...
    Wales 1:1 ABs, no wait...
    Wales 2:1 ABs, no wait...
Wales 2:2 ABs...Ding, ding. End of Round 1.

And the AB at 0:52, trying to pick up a Barbar - who looks twice his size - with one hand. Now that's hard...ah, the good ole days
It's back..."Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Oh dear. And that dude is from Paraparaumu. That place is a shit hole.

And I can say that, because I lived there for 14 years.
