Eeeeek Norton ? Ya might have compatability problems with avg and norton on same computer !
Ya could try dissabling norton, downloading avg spy for the day and see if it picks up any, then add/remove programs and delete avg ! (note i said dissable not delete norton lol)

Another free spyware cleaner that might run side by side with norton ! I use two spyware cleaners and one antivirus (avg antivirus)http://www.lavasoft.com/single/trialpay.php

Dont go the plus option here !
I run both adaware and avgfree spyware one after the other and one quite often picks up some the first missed ! Don't know if spyware is your problem on here but keeping the links in ya favourites cant hurt !
