Please help, my C90T has got a mysterious problem?

    Hi everybody,

I just bought a 2007 brand new Boulevard C90T in Feb. this year. Now it has got 9000 km on the odometer and will suddenly got power lost in 3rd, 4th or 5th gear with more poppings, while I am riding it, especialy on the up hills, the feeling is just like the water in the fuel tank, if I keep giving more throttle, then the engine stops working. It is still under warranty and has been in dealer's workshop for three days so far. They haven't got any idea. If somebody has got the same symptom and please let me know if you have solved the problem. Thank you very much in advance.

    Cheers

When you say "popping" it almost sounds like backfiring. Like its had the fuel shut down suddenly and is sucking air.. Water in fuel could well be a culprit.
David must play fair with the other kids, even the idiots.

    Welcome Stanley.
The dealers will sort through the fault I'm sure, and being under warranty, it shouldn't cost you a cent. (ask for a loan bike while they diagnose the fault).
They will have access to service bulletins and way more knowledge than us clowns.
Hang in there. You'll be out riding it again soon.
Oh, don't feed the trolls around here, theyre vicious little buggars.
