    Lotto Harleys

Go to check my winning of a Harley this morning and wtf Manukau wins 3 Harleys. What do they need them for, if they want one won't they just steal it??.

Has it been made illegal to own HSV's down there?

would be really annoying to win a harley but not having a license! imagine sitting for what, 2 or 3 years, with a brand new bike while you serve your time on learners and restricted.

That's only if you take the letter of the law literally.

I consider it more of a guide to best practises as it were.

If anyone read the fine print, the prize for the "Harley" was actually cash equivilent ($32K-ish).

So the prizes were 10 HSV GTSs and 10 lump sums of cash, with which you could buy a Harley if you wanted.

I suspect it's because they have assumed everyone can drive a cage, but not everyone has a bike licence.
