The best thing about being a grand parent,is you can give them back at the end of the day...not that you always want to
Our first grandie appeared when my wife was 42, and me 46 - our daughter - our youngest of 4 kids - was only 17 when she got pregnant with the little boy who is now the 8-year-old eldest of our 9 grandkids. Number 10 is due in about 3 weeks, and we wouldn't be without them for a minute, especially when we turn up at my sons' place in the cage and his 2 1/2-year-old yells out "Nana, poppa - where your mo'bike - go get your mo'bike"
Love 'em to bits, they help keep us young![]()

Here is my youngest grand child,he lives with me. 2 years ago I had a complete life changing experience, giving up full time long distance driving to look after him. I now have custody and I am loving it. I brought up 5 of my own children and didn't think I would be a full time Mum to a grand child but I am just loving it. He is such a dream to have round the house and keeps me young. He loves his motor bikes . On his bedroom wall he has 8 shelves of model bikes.Misses his Uncle Scotty (Zukin) greatly as he always gave him rides on his bike. I cant wait to get him a small bike to ride round my back yard. he has a great family round him and his Daddy will be home from over seas in a couple of years. he's like a little brother to Gurlracer.
Any more Grand kiddies since last post??![]()
I have 2 more on the way (Beginning of June & End of July), Wasn't too happy bout it at first but now I'm chuffed). One is a boy & we think other maybe a girl.
My First Grandson had his 1st birthday party on Sat, but his birthday is today. Can' believe he's year old already. Just about walking now too.
Guess Who??

Right there with ya on this one. My daughter gave me a grandson when she was 19. The little guy is now 3 years old and he rides on, plays with and repairs every bike in my shed (cept the fast Trumpy). He rides on the dirt bike with me all over the farm and the neighbors property and his 12 year old Aunt on her dirt bike as well....must tell the neighbors about that one day!
Take the bull by the horns and become the favorite grandparent i say. Awesome fun and truly a life building moment.
Im so jealous!!
I cant wait for my grandchildren.
I am so ready to be a grandma
My sons ,16 & 21, tell me im a nana already. Cheek!!
