It could be a while before I get around to doing anything much on it. It's had a hard life and will cost lots of dollars to fix up. My uncle (Katman) said he would give me a hand but I have to buy any parts needed. He said you guys might help me out because I'm related to him and he has done a lot of favours for you guys. I need the seat cowl and side covers, a set of pod filters and some discs. Can you guys help out please.

Life would be so much easier if you addressed questions with a simple answer.

Dude in ChCh does the rep pop-up, the screens are avaliable through that pommy streetfighter crowd. I think you can get them in pale blue, smoke, black and even irridium

do you know the diameter for the discs?

your best bet for other parts is ebay or regularly checking sale section at the www.thegsresources.com

however, there are not many katanas being parted out

    Hi guys,

I've noticed that this thread is used for organising regular BFTP Rides - I've changed the thread title to reflect that (removing the original date which was no longer valid and must have been confusing).

If you can, please keep the discussion to ride organisation where possible, and keep the most of the general chit-chat stuff for your Social Group (makes it easier for everyone to find the ride info here).

    Cheers

Thanks Virago, though as our group is now locked from viewing, this thread is our one and only feeder thread for the rest of KB to see what we are up to.

We would like others to see What we are about, and part of that is a bit of general chit chat which may include parts inquiries etc.

Perhaps an on-going "BFTP Maintenance Thread" under General Maintenance would be useful? In there, you're more likely to attract the attention of other mechanical gurus to your specific issues, than you will in here.

    Just a thought...

No i don't know I will have to find out. I will ask my uncle Katman to measure his.
Did you know that their is a Katman imposter here. He isn't my Uncle. No way. I just read some of this katmans posts. He is very rude and seems to have small bike syndrome. Is he a bit retarded or something

Methinks you're the plonker for treating this character seriously.

hey virago, you're right the date was confusing so thanks for removing it.

would it be a problem to change the "BTPR" title as well, we're now known as BFTP - Blast From The Past.
i think it would be good to have the title that matches our BFTP social group name, so it's not confusing for new members.

    thank you
    Bruno
