Thanks mate, I appreciate the support.
Recovery is going okay although had a major setback with a laceration to my liver causing real concern as they are worried my liver will bleed given I am on anticoagulants to prevent another blood clot like that which hit my lung while in hospital.
I am lucky to still be here after that crash as I waited an hour for an ambulance while my liver bled. My wife and baby needing me to stick around a while longer yet!
The bike rebuild project is going well. bmz2 has done a great job of doing so much of the work for me - time which he has little of to spare also having a busy job and family life too. This guy deserves praise for the way he helps out other bikers.
In contrast, it's a shame some of the pathetic immature idiots on this website seem to revel in flinging insults at people. I just ignore their rubbish - because that is all it is - worthless rubbish from those that lack maturity anbd seem intent on trying to intimidate or bully others. They'll get what's coming to them.
I am just trying to get well again and get back where I belong - on my bike!
Again thanks for the support!
You don't get to be an old dog without learning a few tricks.
Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!
Its called having some fun and trying to make the most out of what has been a bad situation for me. Then little small minded dickheads like you come along with stupid childish comments... not even close to 'ribbing' but thats pretty much expected as it seems to be all you ever contribute to this site.
Well big T, its the right time of year to be fixing up the bike and having it off the road.
Sorry to hear that your liver is playing up but that just reinforces what a hell of a knock you have taken. You still have time to chill and that'll be good time to mend. Remember that Liver has to be given all the chances to recover because i expect it will have a job to do once the bike is finished.
mmmmm you'll be just about ready for a cam upgrade and a rebore? Well while its just sitting there, i mean.
Good on ya and stay positive.
Voted most likely to be asked to give an after dinner speach at a bulemic's function
