It 'was' a good day again! Great people and great weather (for the morning at least) for the middle of winter!

It was a relaxed day and I didn't organise our official photographer Alick, but Sam Bailey, a budding photographer, was there and took around 120 photos. He hasn't got a web site, but if you want to ask him for any shots his cell # 0275 645 027.

I took some 'shaky cam' videos of a couple of sessions (not the last one unfortunately Cecile'!), I'll post them up even though they are crap.
Pity my bullet cam didn't arrive on time!

Had myself a ball on saturday, thanks to all involved with making it a brilliant day !
Did bail early, but it was a call that had to be made at some time or another and with it starting to rain, all i could think of was wet gloves and nads for the 3 hr ride home !
Glad i did start kitting up when i did. Was only a bit of drizzle tween Taupo and Turangi, with it turning to crap again for a wee while going through the sisters. Rest of the trip was in sunshine !
Only got a couple of shots off during the day and got me hand smacked for one of them lol
See ya all at the next one, this time hopefully with a cam mount on the bike. On the rear for starters, but a few more tutorial sessions like that and it'll have to go on the left shoulder, to catch a few looks of distain as i pass ya's (once i get a bit of mapping done on the 3, ok ok and maybe a pc)
Cheers MotoTT wish ya were down at manfield once a month as well !!!
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Was trialing out a GoPro camera on my RS250 and my friends R6. Unfortunately some teething problems so not much footage but have since rectified these issuesso next time there will be plenty of footage.

Two videos looking backwards mounted to the Swingarms of both bikes. Sadly the sound wasn't set to the right setting so it not shit hot.

Would be nice if MotoTT held some Manfield days !

In regards to photos, could MotoTT provide Sam with some storage on their site?

Here's some shite footage of the 4th medium group session - sorry about the quality, the Canon TX1 obviously isn't made to handle vibration!

    You'd be doing very well.

Just you wait until Hampton Downs is ready, though...

Ha ha, couldn't get you thru the bends, but no worries - a few horsies on the straights will do it!
